Change the way favor works!
I just want to point out that favor does not distribute the access to UW/FoW equally among players all over the world. Europe and Korea have favor about 20-22 out of 24 hours a day and America is left with the rest (mainly because Europeans and Koreans must sleep afterall). It is no news that Korea~Europe>>>USA when it comes to computer games and I am sure that the guys at ArenaNET are aware of this (esp. having in mind quite a few of them have worked for Blizzard before). Although I do realize that skill should be awarded, I also think that the lack of such shouldn't be punished. And the way things are currently, that's exactly what happens.
MY SUGGESTION: Change the way favor works! I have a very simple idea. Instead of removing access to favor-related areas when a "realm" looses favor, just change the pricing. Make it cost tenfold. 10 platinums instead of one, sounds like a fair trade-off. Maybe more, but still... UW/FoW are favorite PvE areas, lets be fair to the hardcore PvE players who, on the whole, do not even PvP. Why should PvP wins/losses interfere with PvE in such a drastic way??? Please consider my suggestion.
